What is an AI agent wallet?

An AI agent wallet is a programmable smart contract wallet that gives autonomous AI agents the ability to hold funds and make payments — without giving them unrestricted access to your money. Locus wallets use ERC-4337 account abstraction on the Base network, providing session keys with limited permissions so agents can transact within the guardrails you define.

Private keys are managed in AWS KMS — they never touch application code. You control the wallet; Locus never takes custody of your funds.
